Meet the Owner

Jan Bonham MSM, PHR

For almost 20 years Jan Bonham has devoted her career to the field of training, supervising, and managing human resources. Her vast training experience to all levels of employees at Lucent Technologies focused on supervisor training, leadership, team building, problem solving and decision making, diversity and inclusion, and problem solving and decision making. 

Jan is the franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing company located in southern Colorado Springs.  Jan’s goal is to put great people to work for great companies.

Jan’s primary consistent goal is to prevent and minimize the third-party challenges and threats to clients from a human resources perspective that range from workplace problems to employee relations.  It is also Jan’s goal to proactively share educational information to create an awareness of how to recognize potential workplace issues and how to effectively deal with them.

Jan holds a Masters in Business and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management where she is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
